SAN ANTONIO, Texas — September 2026 — Silotech Group, Inc., a San Antonio-based technology company specializing in cybersecurity, mission systems, and digital transformation, announced the launch of a commercial Phase III SBIR pilot of its XC3 platform with a leading regional financial institution, marking an expansion of the technology into the commercial financial services market.
XC3 is an AI-powered platform for execution that unifies data and orchestrates workflows so teams can decide and act faster. Designed to remove friction between insight and action, XC3 connects existing systems and tools while supporting human-in-the-loop operations across mission, operational, and technical domains.
The pilot follows a 12-week structured engagement. During the engagement, Silotech is working directly with operational personnel to understand existing workflows, identify challenges associated with high volumes of information, and create impactful solutions.
“This commercial Phase III SBIR effort represents an important step in expanding XC3 beyond its federal roots and into commercial environments,” said Dr. Tiffany Tremont, Silotech Group CEO & Founder. “Our discovery process allowed us to understand the operational challenges firsthand and shape the pilot around the people, workflows, and systems involved.”
XC3 is designed to work alongside an organization’s existing technology environment rather than replace it. The platform unifies data from existing systems and tools and orchestrates workflows to help teams move from information to action more efficiently. Through its GLASS interface, XC3 provides the environment through which users interact with and execute across the platform.
The commercial pilot builds on Silotech’s continued development of XC3 through the Small Business Innovation Research program and demonstrates the platform’s application beyond federal customers.

The pilot is being delivered by a multidisciplinary Silotech team spanning project management, technical leadership, architecture, artificial intelligence engineering, and full-stack development.
