Silotech Group Inc. offers benefits that reward our employees and enable them to maintain a healthy work-life balance. All Silotech employees are eligible for coverage at the completion of their first thirty (30) days of work.
 Health Insurance: Silotech offers a PPO plan for individual or family insurance coverage for medical, dental, and vision coverage through Aetna.
Short-Term and Long-Term Disability: Silotech provides options for short-term and long-term disability insurance.

Life Insurance and Accidental Death & Dismemberment (AD&D):  Silotech provides life insurance and accidental death & dismemberment plans. Each plan offers the employee coverage equal to 1X their annual salary, up to a maximum of $150,000. Silotech employees can also choose to elect additional life insurance coverage for themselves and their dependents. Coverage amounts vary and are subject to medical underwriting.

401(k) Retirement Plan: Silotech employees have the option of investing pre-tax income in a 401(k) account.  Silotech provides matching of employee contributions.


Bonus Plan: Silotech employees are eligible to receive an annual bonus based on Silotech’s profitability and employee performance.


Paid Time Off: Silotech combines vacation and sick leave into a single paid-time off program. Employees starting with Silotech will accrue 120 hours annually. After three years of service, the accrual amount increases to 160 hours annually.


Holidays: In addition to paid time off, Silotech observes 10 major Holidays.


Training: Silotech mandates that you stay current in your field and will provide you training as required.
